Employee Availabilities - Our unique system allows the user to record employee availability including shift hours, holidays, and personal time off.
Recurring Customer Schedules - AppointMate users have the option of automatically re-creating appointments based on a defined schedule.

Reminders - Set reminders for drivers license expiration, annual reviews, certification renewal, customer follow-ups, etc. AppointMate will notify schedulers when an event occurs by displaying a new message at the top of the screen.
Custom Report Portal - New reports are constantly being added to AppointMate, generated from provider report requests.
Sales Tracking - View your invoice billing and payroll history with bar charts, forecasting, etc.
Call in Time Clock - A toll free number is provided for employees to clock in and out, and to enter mileage.
General Calendar - For sales calls, follow-ups, introductions, automatically populated customer and employee birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
Employee Suggestion - Based on information entered for caregivers and customers, AppointMate can automatically suggest caregivers for recurring schedules, or one time appointments. Some of the information taken into consideration includes, Skill, Attributes, Availability, Geography, and Time Blocks.

AppointMate users report dramatically reduced rates of missed shifts due to the ease of scheduling and tracking caregivers. However, in the event that an employee fails to report to a customer’s home, AppointMate’s emergency response system sends out an alert to ensure that vulnerable clientele never go unattended.
Overdue Appointment Notification - Based on a configurable on-call list, a call goes out to your office, cell, home, etc. and audibly notifies you when a caregiver fails to arrive at a customer location. This then allows you to ensure the customer is not left without an employee for that shift. Email and application alerts will also let you know when an appointment has gone overdue.
